Possible Threats

Primeval Titan: main kill option.

Scion of Draco: staple with
Leyline of the Guildpact.

Titan of Industry: becomes good with
Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner to draw 2, fine by itself.

Old-Growth Troll: a three devotion card that stick to the game and a relevant body.
Wakeroot Elemental: with enough devotion and
Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, transforms all our lands to 5/5 and make infinite mana. Not enough mana sink to user this mana.
Woodland Bellower: becomes good with
Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner (by searching for an
Old-Growth Troll) and adding 5 of devotion. Can fetch the sole
Dryad of the Ilysian Grove when having
Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle.

To test.
Kozilek, Butcher of Truth: fine versus control and mill.
Walking Ballista: fine versus go wide, dork and
Magus of the Moon. Can be cast early in a pinch, mana sink.

Do not add devotion.
Voracious Hydra: fine versus aggro, or versus
Magus of the Moon.
Cavalier of Thorns: fine body, three devotion. The ETB trigger is flippy: can be great (first
Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx or
Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle) but fail to do much in the other cases. Death triggers are not that reliable, and does not provide CA.
Polukranos Reborn: a three devotion card, a mana sink and a relevant body.

To be tested in one of.
Tyrranax Rex: fine versus control.
Kogla, the Titan Ape: Fight and Artifact/Enchantment removal are fine alone. No human payoff like
Eternal Witness to abuse the card.
Nissa, Ascended Animist: bit of a filler, that still add 4 devotion for 5-7 mana, and that can trigger
Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner each turn, or remove an artifact/enchantment. Cannot be fetched.
Panglacial Wurm: funny and cheesy with some extra fetches added.
Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger: too expansive for a tax effect that is not that relevant with things like
Leyline Binding.
Térastodon: If Tron becomes top meta ?
Hydroid Krasis: Need a Triome or a
Leyline of the Guildpact.
Kura, the Boundless Sky: a death trigger is not that reliable.
Vorinclex: filler, fine mana sink.
Storm the Festival: Can do 4 for 1, but the main threat is a 6 mana drop.
Land Options:

Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx: key card of the deck.

Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle:
Leyline of the Guildpact being packed for the green devotion, and
Primeval Titan being the main payoff, this is an auto-include.

Boseiju, Who Endures: the first is a free inclusion,

the second to be tested. Maybe needed in Tron Meta.

Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth: free inclusion that can smoth mana colors issues for
Old-Growth Troll or
Archdruid's Charm.

Castle Garenbrig: Backup ramp to reach 6 mana for
Primeval Titan. Usually untapped.
Sunken Citadel: supports
Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx,
Castle Garenbrig (
Lair of the Hydra, ..). Not enough space for more taplands with the triomes.

Lair of the Hydra: mana sink that can close the game with
Scion of Draco to give it trample.

Fetch Lands: To fetches the Triomes and offer additional triggers for
Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle.

No grave recursion.

Triomes: 2-offs that together give full domain in backup for
Scion of Draco.
Field of Ruin: in heavy coffers/Tron meta, on top of
Boseiju, Who Endures. Out of color land is a bit painfull.

Shifting Woodland: can emulate a missing piece that was destroyed (
Scion of Draco,
Primeval Titan,
Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle or
Leyline of the Guildpact) at instant speed.

Delirium is probably a little to difficult to reach in the deck (land and creature OK; enchantment sometimes; planeswalker / artifact / battle / instant rarely).

To test.
Bojuka Bog: Gravehate option that can enters the battlefield at instant speed with
Archdruid's Charm. tapped in the wrong colors is really painfull.
Dryad Arbor: Can be fetched on a pinch against sacrifice effect. Help ramping if playing
Invasion of Ikoria.

Really bad topdeck.
Emeria, the Sky Ruin: greedy option in a meta where a lot of exile-based removals exist. tapped in the wrong colors is really painfull.
Devotion enabler:

Leyline of the Guildpact: biggest enabler of the deck.

Utopia Sprawl: Ramp one alone, 2 with
Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx or
Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner

Old-Growth Troll: Best 3-mana devotion enabler, that only suffers exile effects.

Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner: only one devotion added, but the deck is full of 4 powered creature, and the ability is very relevant.

Invasion d'Ixalan: best CA+QA that the deck offers, plus a battle that easily flip to trigger
Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner.
Invasion of Ikoria: Add 2 devotion, can find the needed finisher once with a lot of mana. Would need some 0-1 mana value creatures (
Arbor Elf /
Hexdrinker /
Elvish Reclaimer /
Dryad Arbor).

Oath of Nissa: Bit of a filler, as it does not find the battles and the enchantments. The legendary type does not allow them to stack the devotion either.
Fanatic of Rhonas: Alternative ramp setup to
Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx with the deck providing Ferocious easily. Becomes a threat once dealt with. Synergize well with
Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner (Untap ability & draw once Eternalized).

Can be a clunky todeck, especially in games were the opponent can win without attacking (or have evasion).
Other Sideboard Options:

Endurance: Free gravehate with some devotion and a relevant body if hard casted. Good against Mill.

Dismember: only green early spot removal.

Pick Your Poison: very polyvalent solution (notably catching
The One Ring,
Murktide Regent,
Leyline Binding and
Archon of Cruelty...)

Force of Vigor: very efficient (free) response.

The deck already has a lot of artifact/enchantment removals.

Veil of Summer: against discard and counters, black spot removals.
Pithing Needle/Disruptor Flute: Against ability based combo. The flute is also fine against cascade decks and Creativity.

Cursed Totem: against Yawgmoth, Scales.

Wheel of Sun and Moon: Static gravehate when
Endurance is not adapted, good against mill. Add 2 devotion.
Chalice of the Void: against cascade, low mana deck.

Engineered Explosives: against low mana deck, or key creatures that need to be removed. Can easily generate the needed colors.

the deck have several 1-mv spells.
Void Mirror: against cascade, pitch spells. Compete with
Chalice of the Void.
Collector Ouphe: The deck already has a lot of artifact/enchantment removals.
Firespout: Against go wide, or
Magus of the Moon. can be resonnably casted.
